Renowned chef and TV personality, Bobby Flay, has put his southwestern touch on the Bahamas with Mesa Grill. Mesa Grill Atlantis has many of the famous dishes from Mesa Grill in New York as well as several dishes unique to the Bahamas, like the local pan seared Mahi-Mahi with Black Eyed Peas. Prices are on the higher end for the island, but if you are looking for a great meal or to celebrate a special occasion Mesa Atlantis is well worth it. Mesa Grill is located in the Cove Atlantis and is open even if you are not a guest of the hotel. After dinner you can try your luck in the Atlantis casino, one of the largest in the Caribbean, or head to the Atlantis nightclub, Aura.
Kick off your special evening with one of Mesa Grill’s signature margaritas. Then move to one of the many great appetizers to choose from including the Spicy Tuna Tartare and the Goat Cheese “Queso Fundido”. For the main course we highly recommend the Chipotle Glazed rib eye or the Sixteen Spice Chicken. Mesa Grill also has several great a la carte’ sides including Black Eyed Peas & Rice and Double Baked Potatoes. If you still have room for desert try the Churros.
If you are looking for other fine dinning restaurants near Paradise Island try the Hotel Graycliff which is just over the bridge in Nassau or Dune located at the One & Only Ocean Club.
